Program Description
This program not only creates platforms and safe spaces for public participation but also empowers communities to ensure that they can actively and robustly participate in their governance.
Kisumu's long cycle of violence has branded it as a violent hotspot. The residing communities have consequently been profiled as violent rioters, especially young people. This has dramatically affected cardinal freedoms such as expression, assembly, association, participation, and protest.
